1. Good work Culture 2. TEHP plan good. 3. For Permenant resident it's good to settle. 4. Plant is huge, learning lot about. 5. Skills improvement 6. Ethical as well as Performance.

Cons

1. It depends on boss. 2. Not that much career opportunities also ( Financial and Skills set wise) 2. Not easy to change the inside roles. 3. Not even location change. ( when asked about it said why you joined? if you capability then leave and join another organisation). 4. Frequent plant visits. (all time) 5. skills development not that much. 6. Politics is a lot. 7. People try to make negative impression of you to your boss. 8. Humilate about capability also. 9. no Internet facility also for Home.
