Best pay scale which one could get anywhere across the steel industry is being provided here at Tata Steel. Safety is the utmost priority

Cons

Jamshedpur city is not a very great city to live in. Job rotation needs to be made mandatory so the people can develop their expertise in mahny areas.

Office culture good as far as steel sector concern, Promotion is also good you get plenty of time to spend to your family

Cons

You need to showoff more and more although you dont have knowledge, it leads to personality which always talks without any data base If you are analytical stay away bottom level management is poor

good technology,you can work freely on any equipment.

Cons

no increment,bad management, safety is not concern for the management, very bad treatment for the mid level employee.politics is every where.
