Very little to highlight at this point, especially compared to the past.

Cons

Tata Steel was once known for its strong values, employee-centric approach, and a stable work environment. Unfortunately, much of that seems to be fading. Job security is becoming a concern, and the overall work culture has noticeably shifted. Favoritism and internal politics are increasingly visible, which can be disheartening for those who are genuinely committed and hardworking.
