Excellent hand holding and learning opportunities. Job security. Sense of trust and responsibility can be seen from lower to top level. Accommodation & medical facilities great.

Cons

Rare holidays, Average salary, lower cash benifits. Flexible office timings not available. 6 day working.

1. Optimum working hours 2. Managers and other staff are usually quite friendly towards the paid interns 3. Safety measures at its best 4. Jamshedpur really stands out from other cities in Jharkhand

Cons

1. Constant danger of CO poisoning 2. Overall the plant is quite polluted 3. More of a govt. company in terms of management (if you know what I mean)
