1). They have recruited students as Management Trainees (MTs)from various government colleges and because of their worst management, 90% of them have left this company. 2). MTs have 3-5 years of working experience here at same positions (Jr. Mgr/Exe.) and same salaries (4.5-5L) whereas its peer companies are giving 7.5-8L to MTs. Management has never listened to MTs’ grievances. 3). Top policy/decision makers are extremely shameless/corrupt. That’s why company has gone bankrupt. 4). Most of the mid/top management is occupied by non deserving people (ITI/Deploma holder). They have also recruited their relatives. And genuine people like MTs/GETs are victims of harsh corporate-politics/harassed. 5). Because of non-fulfilment of promises that they made during campus recruitment many of MTs are depressed and frustrated.
