Very good company for those who don’t want to work hard and not want to take any responsibilities. If you have inherent capabilities of oiling your boss, doing his personal work and ability to bypass your own work to other shoulder, taking credit of other jobs then TSL is the best company for you. People can achive top management position if their ancestors work in TSL specialy in HR Department. High Salary for IL2 and above No work from IL2, WFH or leave month after month, foreign tour. WFH facilities- you can stay in Kolkata or other cities on monday & friday and coming in Kalinganagar/Jamshedpur in mid week only with journey in office hours. No punching no record of office time.
Cons
Lower Pay (IL4 to IL6), Poor Rating System, No career growth, No learning opportunity, no innovation, no appreciation. Full of politics and licking of shoes. Doing managers personal work. Going to site with boss for giving company. Missuse of WFH and Business Tour/ Company Tour.
