      Pros

      One year of mentoring and training is an extension to college life. The training program is fun and jolly. In my department, you learn to use a couple of software.

      Cons

      The training could be made more enriching in an educational aspect. The job is not meant for beginners who would like to learn and work in a fast paced environment. The engineers in my department have meaningful experiences from other companies and are working here now to have a laid-back job before retirement.
