Pretty boring and not very multicultural.

Job experience and learning. You'll get enough opportunities to learn if it's free of cost.

Cons

No training whatsoever. Poor Pay Package and no benefits considering most of the employees are native welsh, problem for outsiders who want to save money staying away from home.
