Best company to work in a steel industry india. You are allowed to make mistakes and learn. Great leadership.

Cons

You may feel that the hierarchy system makes work approval slow. The growth is slow. Your promotion depends on the vacancies on the higher level and not solely on your eligibility and performace. The work environment totally depends on you immediate boss. The company is good but a bad boss may make your experience bad.
