You will get many people who can share your pain, as they are having the same

Cons

No increment Useless HR Department Only senior people get money, get power , get rich No one is there to entertain any kind of complain regarding the treatment that other employees are getting. Useless managers are holding the seats, being the daddy's boy in the management eyes. Company fails to retain good employees.
