It's onsite oppurtunities soon after one joins, makes it a brand for everyone to join and make some money for their future life. If you plan to stay in the same organization and never want to worry about your job, layoffs, etc. this is the ideal company to work with. Expect this company to give you an initial break for experience. Good to work as a fresher for couple of years.
Cons
- No good for experienced professionals who are looking for growth into the next technical ladder. - Do not expect technical growth with this company. You will make a big mistake in your life. - There is no gelling between supervisor and subordinate. They do not work with you. They command you. - The supervisors need to make the system more transparent by divulging information about the company to their subordinates. Looks like they themselves are not updated with company dealings and happenings and hence the associates remain ignorant about the facts. - As soon as you are done with your "Fresher" status, quit the company and look for something else.
