      Competitive, opportunity driven for the employees. TCS enjoys a global presence, and endless opportunities in various industry types and functions.

      Cons

      Too many people recruited for menial work, a stricter project contract should be floated - i.e the tenure and the duration of an associate in a project should be agreed upon at the beginning.
