      -Everything is low cost, from the quality of developers to the quality of the projects -Too much bureaucracy -If you need something, like a new computer or some software, you need and approval and probably they will try to charge that to the customer. -The time difference between India and Argentina is huge, and it makes communication and daily work difficult. -No benefits or bonus

      I joined TCS BPS in Chennai location. Interview happened at TCS - Spencer Plaza campus. First thing they won't tell you clearly that they are recruiting you for BPS. There is a lot of difference between TCS BPS and TCS IT. They won't reveal that till the time you join the company. Even they will recruit people from IT background and they will put you in BPS. If you find anything like BPS in your offer letter, don't accept it BPS is nothing but BPO. You may get work of your technical backround. But you will be in the payroll of BPS which will be very less when compared to that of IT eventhough you are performing well. They will try to brainwash you by telling that they will move you to IT in course of time. But that will never happen. Don't become a prey.
