"Hi there, Thanks you for your review. We couldn't agree with you more on the three pros that you listed. We strive to create a fun, meaningful, and impactful culture here at Tastemade -- both for our employees on-site as well as our remote employees across the globe. Our clients are certainly one thing that makes our brand so special. We've worked with numerous reputable clients and have helped their brand and products stand out in a very special way. We've recently launced a new segment in our weekly all hands meeting called ""Win of the Week,"" in which we highlight a win from various areas of our business. This gives our entire organization transparency into cross-department accomplishments. We thank you again for your feedback. Feel free to reach out to us directly should you have anything additional to share at peopleops@tastemade.com."

Cons

- management can be disorganized at times - internal cross-departmental communication lacking - compensation is not super competitive - lots of pressure placed on the sales team with unrealistic expectations

"Hi there, Thanks you for your review. You've mentioned three things that are important pillars to the Tastemade foundation -- positive culture, great benefits, and collabrative people. We're consistently working with our management team (including holding regular manager meetings) to ensure that all of our managers are best aligned with their team and can support their team at all times. As a part of these regular manager meetings, we help and offer the management team tools to better communicate with the various departments accross our organization. We strive to stay competetive in this industry when it comes to compensation, and one way we are doing so is by conducting frequent market pay analyses. Through programs that we participate in, such as PledgeLA, we are assured that our employees are being compensated equitably. Again, thank you for your feedback! Feel free to reach out to us directly should you have anything additional to share at peopleops@tastemade.com."
