Pros

It's nice to work there the people you work with are fun. The work isn't always so bad. There is room for development and moving up in the company

Cons

Work load can be over bearing and excruciating some times. Often you won't get much help from your leaders, however it's always nice to count on your fellow coworkers.

Pros

Great team environment, work-life balance is great if you are not salaried (overtime is rarely allowed)

Cons

Not a lot of opportunity for promotion/development, management and staff can be cliquey, negotiating raises after getting hired is extremely difficult, stores are often not provided with enough equipment for everyone to do their job, payroll cuts/skeleton teams
