      Good entry level job but questionable long term

      Pros

      You have very consistent hours. Each day is interesting because no day is the same keeps you on your toes. If you're self-motivated you would really enjoy trying to be the best you.

      Cons

      You would need to work most weekends since you are the physical deterrence. Some stores have multiple people within your department but some don't. If you're not self motivated it can get hard trying to produce results even if you're trying and not making expectations.

      pay was good, and the schedule was good. Was very active in the community

      Management was very hypocritical. Would throw team members under the bus to benefit them.
