-The workload steadily increased, with little to no improvements for team member compensation/support.
-There continued to be less and less hours, with timeframes for tasks shrinking more and more.
-Management at the Target I worked at were always intensely micro-managing team members and team leads alike, and also very unprofessional at times.
-They often pushed their leads to push team members to work harder/faster, despite the team members making it known that the expected work was already too much with too few people.
-Training, also pretty much non-existent.
