Pros

$15 minimum pay. Paid paternal leave.

Cons

They will not work with you when it comes to school schedules or childcare needs. You will close one day and open the next. Lazy upper management will drive out any and all good team leaders, who tried to work with us. The pay is not worth the stress. Zero work/life balance. Managers are not fair to pregnant employees, they would not let me drink water or sit while 7 months pregnant, I had to quit because they were not letting me work mornings only. Their excuse was they didnt have anyone who was available in my position for afternoon shifts, three other employees in my position had open availability.

Pros

Great benefits and community support. The environment is caring and helping one another. Open atmosphere and inclusive.

Cons

Some stores may Vary with the managers who either don't know what they are doing or think they are better then everyone else. However are promptly addressed if raised to their attention. More to workload now then what it was before, however it's better then minimum wage and they give you the tools to get the job done. However some managing figures could be more supportive and guide then bark orders.
