Pros

None. You get paid min wage for more work. Only pro is you can have a flex schedule but they will still bother you to come in on those days and schedule you for those days so you lose hrs. Pay a small amount of college tuition with many caveats.

Cons

Bumped by cars. Work in rain and Really hot weather while being told to do better. People complaining about carts being behind their cars because of other people. Cleaning dirty carts while getting carts during rush hr. Don't expect to move up there is a set amount of positions and the people in those positions don't have aspirations to move so you wont move up unless they do.
