Pros

Skill wise, the work is easy and repetitive Keeps you active As long as you're completing your tasks in a timely manner, management usually leaves you to complete your work according to your own routine Decent benefits. Target paid for my bachelor's degree with no obligation to continue working for them after graduating

Cons

As a cart pusher or a drive-up worker, conditions are often fairly harsh due to weather. There are plenty of days where there is heavy rainfall, active lightning, ice, 100+ degree weather, etc. where all that you're really provided with is protective coats & free water. Management often seems out of touch with the needs of lower-level workers. Expectations can be unrealistic. We were told we could not sit down during "down time", no matter how busy the day had been or conditions outdoors.
