Pros

Competitive pay, generally friendly co-workers, very understanding regarding on-the-job mistakes, generous training schedule, reasonable willingness to change work schedule/availability, relaxed atmosphere without losing sight of business goals.

Cons

Difficult to move within the company - even laterally, meager annual raises (about $0.125/hr for entry-level team members), jargon-loaded culture sometimes difficult to understand.
