- Health benefits are great - Good management position to have on a resume - Opportunity for advancement depends solely on your work thic and desire to advance.

Cons

- Salary is definitely "OK," nothing spectacular - Very frugal with bonuses - Work life/balance can be difficult at times, required minumum 10hr days or 50hr weeks. - Every other weekend off, THIS IS THE WORST! - It is retail, retail definitely has it's drawbacks

Target is a overall a great place to work at.. as long as you do your job, you are fine.

Cons

I think the only CON about working for Target is that you have to wear red and khaki all the time.
