Pros

You start at 4am so if you are in college or high school, good hours before class. Discount.

Cons

You are responsible for unloading the truck, sorting the store products, placing them on pallets, stocking the shelves, and cleaning up the store, all while providing customer service and pulling teethe for more hours. Not worth the physical labor for the pay.

Pros

Target is one of the better retail organizations to work at. For the most part, the team culture is very strongly supported and even team members' concerns and ideas are listened to.

Cons

The biggest downside of working at Target is that there is a very strong corporate culture, which can feel almost cult-like at some times. Target word is law, as far as they are concerned.
