Pros

Work/life balance Management by walking around, not confined to cubicle hell You get to drive a cool motorized chariot in order to zip around the warehouse.

Cons

Politics....hardest workers with biggest accomplishments don't get ahead. People who spend their time "statusing" and playing games, are the ones who get ahead. If you always wanted to know what it's like to work at a company on the set of Melrose Place or in the book Atlas Shrugged, then Target is for you.

Pros

Target looks great on a resume for any retail career. Target's systems and procedures are advanced further than any other retail chain I have been in. Those systems can be applied to any other job you move to if you remain in retail.

Cons

Management is a bunch of college kids straight out of school, who do not know anything about running a store. Having a degree doesn't mean you know what you are talking about.
