Pros

The discount. The team. Working for a Fortune 100 company.

Cons

MINIMAL upward mobility. Be prepared for a team members feelings to be considered over yours, be prepared to be undermined in front of your team by your boss, be prepared to only receive feedback when it is negative. Also, be prepared that if your team says good things about you in the annual survey that Senior Manangement automatically assumes that you are bad-mouthing them and the company.
