Pros

Flexibility with schedule, sense of community, benefits offered for part time workers, lots of opportunities to move between work centers, there is support and encouragement for professional growth within the company.

Cons

Upper management can be a little detached from the the needs of their employees, rarely was able to get 40 hours in one week without sacrificing a lot of personal time, and working 7 days a week.

Pros

Nice company to work for decent pay nice coworkers great upper management (I had a problem with a homophobic manager, and when upper management found out, the problem was quickly resolved)

Cons

Management isn't on top of lowest level management not that many hours, typically get 4 four hour shifts a week scheduling can be bad. Schedule everyone evenly regardless of skill level
