Pros

They are very flexable and good with balancing your personal life with work. They HR team leads are good at listening to some problems And usally you will meet a few cool people to complain with.

Cons

The managment is awful some of targets policy suck as well. The stl sits on there butt and dumps there work load on other people and they make 100 grand a yr for that :( Overall to many cons to list it's work for way to little pay and hours if you want part time I hope your looking for 15 hours or less a week to get by on.

Pros

The staff at Target was very helpful and nice to me when I started my new job. The management was good about schedule conflicts.

Cons

The job is extremely physical and the customer often times got very upset, especially around the holidays. Very tiring and the pay is too low.

Pros

Target really encourages people to take control of their own careers, and has many opportunities for advancement if you work hard.

Cons

Target still has many silos when it comes to information sharing. Getting management to break down some of these areas will be critical to future growth.
