I had a great manager, met some, emphasize some, genuinely good people whom I worked with.
Cons
I spent a year and a half of my life and a ton of money on my MBA. Was hired by Target right out of the gate and moved to Minneapolis to work at HQS only to be laid off six months later along with 700 other people for no other apparent reason except "downsizing." Was told that most of the other layoffs were also MBAs whom they had recently hired and were eventually deemed "too expensive" by upper management. This was just after the payment card breach so I'm guessing that mine, and many other positions are going to pay for their management's major credit card screw up over the holidays. Now I'm stuck with a six month gap on my resume, living in one of the most desolate cities in America (yes, Minneapolis sucks, don't even think twice about moving here), and having to start all over. Thanks Target. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from this sinking ship.
