Decent pay; flexible scheduling around classes; easy to move between positions within store; clientele typically easier to work with when compared to Walmart; potential to move into management after graduating college; internal promotions

Cons

typical retail cons; working over holidays; longer hours during the holiday; if you're closing, you're not leaving until the entire store is put back together/straightened up: 15 min to 45 min after store closes

Great Benefits (401k, medical, discounts (company and others), time-off. Schedule Flexibility- Every manager I ever worked for was very leniant and flexible with the schedule. If you wanted some time off but didn't necessarily have the "paid time off" yet, they would let you take it off and work another day. Great Team- Everyone I ever worked with, whether a direct report, peer or a supervisor, was really great. The team is what made me stick with the company for so long!

Cons

Hours- The company is up front about it when you hire, it's a 50 hour work week (minimum) working nights, weekends and holidays.
