I enjoy the company of my co-workers, and am recognized regularly for hard work. They foster a "Team" mentality, over the ethos of "every man for themselves.

Cons

I'm ofter asked to go above and beyond what my normal work functions would be. I generally excell at this, but I'd really like to be compensated accordingly.
