It was a great experience, met some nice coworkers who treated me like family.

Pros

Being treated like family from every member of the company. We often had things such as coloring contests, name that prize, they provided food for team members on Thanksgiving and Christmas, they reconized employees birthday's. I got to meet different people on a daily basis from all different backgrounds which was also awesome.

Cons

No matter how one does his or her job well and treat all of their guest and coworkers with respect and dignity, their is always one or two that one cannot satisfy; however, I just kept a smile on my face and refused to have that one person have a negative impact on the rest of my day.

Extremely long hours, every major holiday is booked at your store. My first year experience was good because of a good STL. But then he got promoted and the experience dramatically went down.
