Pros

Great logistic tools, cutting edge technology within the stores. Wonderful coworkers You learn the value of consistency in merchandising and execution.

Cons

Value of people < Value of managing to a report. No balance between work and home. There are lists of both hourly team members, and salaried executives that are used to cull the team and end careers with little regard for actual work performance.

Pros

There pretty good when it comes to those who are working and going to school. If you bhave a schedule conflict it is vewry easly to resolve. Talking to HR has been really helpful and they tend to keep themselves accessible even when they aer over run with work and requests by team memebers.

Cons

You never ahve a set schedule and Team leads tend to be very lazy and disrepectful to older team members.
