Pros
Consistent hours, for those who work in the back Training was adequate Management enforced store policies consistently Good insurance and retirement plans, many options available. A well defined advancement paths, with a fair review process.
Cons
New managers consistently strong on business, weak on managing employees. Management rarely takes the time to see things from the front lines, frequently relying on short (1shift) stints as a basis for all their decisions. Bad co-workers are hard to fire, even if all management wants too.
