Not very happy at all.

Pros

Pay opportunities are really great.

Cons

There is not a work/life balance that they preach about. They expect you to run a "green" work center, but you have too many LOD shifts to even be able to focus on your work center. Then when you are off, it's only for a day in between a number of work days. Working every other weekend is not enough time off. Would much rather have a 9 to 5 Monday through Friday.

Pros

Good pay, good experience, chance to grow. Opportunities to move up are endless. Great leadership experience.

Cons

Hours are interesting. The first three weeks are laid out for you, not sure how the rest will pan out. Besides that, I have no other complaints.

Pros

Great team members, guests love target, great clearance product, involved in community, casual uniform, willing to allow you to transfer.

Cons

no where to go from team lead unless you have 4 year degree no matter how much you exceed expectations.
