Fellow team members, benefits package (401k, medical, dental, vision), employee discount on merchandise, cell phone service, tickets, etc., recognition process

Cons

Mediocre raises (ranging from $0.03 to $0.45), expect lots of work, often work outside your work-center without the adjustment in hourly pay, management doesn't really listen to team members, management is two-faced, internal promotions are based off of who you know, VERY POLITICAL COMPANY according to my Store Team Leader,

Good Place to Work If You're in School, Horrendous Experience in Any Other Setting.

Pros

Can work any time of the day, which is good to schedule your classes around. Decent pay if you're in High School. 10% of purchases -- if you use cash, check or Target Credit Cards.

Cons

You're required to be available to work on weekends, any time from 7AM until 11PM. Managers have little idea what they are doing. Managers play favorites, but this happens everywhere. Competent people are rarely promoted, only those who befriend the Managers. Managers are not held responsible for their actions. You're not allowed to drink anything during work, even when its 85 degrees in the backroom and you're carrying twenty gallons of bleach up and down ladders. Unsafe working conditions. If you work in logistics be prepared for numerous cuts, bumps and bruises. I've even had two fluorescent lights fall near me from the ceiling.
