Pros

Lots of opportunity to grow and learn about other areas of the company.

Cons

Lots of change going on, but I think it is positive change. At the time it was challenging to get alignment on goals across the enterprise, but I think the new CEO is working on making things better.

Pros

good work environment. Strong commitment to client satisfaction. Flexible and independent work atmosphere. Good core subcontractors. Good pay and benefits

Cons

shaky future outlook. Company used to do all new construction but transitioned to remodeling a few years ago. Business is spotty with times of too much work to handle following times that are too slow.

Pros

Leaders are talking about the need for change Empowered to make decisions Never a boring day - there's a lot of work to be done to turn the ship around

Cons

No job security - Target is not for the faint of heart these days! Senior leadership team not yet in place- changes at the top mean the middle and bottom still haven't settled yet
