Pros

Very friendly accessible HR, excellent pay, free lunch, limited cab drop, work from home, generous leaves. Great organisation set up and brand, lots of training and learning opportunities, awesome induction on first day

Cons

Lack of management directions, long hours to overlap with US Time zone, lack of opportunities to take up full control of projects in India, onsite hesitate to give financial budget to India, some people do not have work and so create unnecessary office politics, not many women leaders, hire and fire, very risky career path

Pros

The people are amazing!!! It's an environment of evolution. Dress code is more open than most. Jeans are ok any day. Just be sure you're still dressing up 😉 You can work from home from time to time

Cons

It's an environment of evolution. If you don't like change Target is not a good fit. The culture can be overwhelming.
