      Big company, benefits, make friends, can work i different areas etc.

      Cons

      customers can be tough. not great pay. Management isn't always the brightest.

      Pros

      You work with great people. You truly work as a team. Helpful leaders are always available. They work with your schedule when you go to school or have a second job

      Cons

      Pay is not that great. Minimum wage and a yearly raise, which isn't that much. Mostly hires part-time employees.

      Accepting and understanding work environment with great employees who are treated with respect and honored for the work they do

      Cons

      Customers come in with all sorts of problems and temperments, however this comes with the territory and you're likely to deal with this in any line of work
