1. Manage a million+ business 2. Collaborate with multiple different teams to ensure your business runs smooth each cycle 3. Starting class to help better learn/understand the role 4. Reasonable metrics to be held accountable towards 5. Great younger team environment 6. Lots of opportunities to join clubs/take on projects of interest to develop yourself 7. 1. Target is so big, it can be easy to feel small sometimes 2. This is an entry level role, so you do deal with a lot of "clean up" from other teams that did not execute correctly 3. Still room for improvement to Work from Home more frequently 4. Lots of changes happening all of the time- hard to keep up with "best process" 5. Challenging to "Level up" in a promotion to the next pay grade due to very few positions available to apply to
