Pros

Pay is great, you don't really work with customers, and you get to work by yourself for the most part.

Cons

Toxic coworkers and expect one person to do the work of 3.

Pros

Excellent team leaders for the Inbound shift Inbound shift is great for those who do not feel like dealing with customers constantly

Cons

Inbound shift is usually from 4-10 am, but can also be from 10 pm-6 am so the work-life balance can be difficult. Training for a specific job can be lacking at times, this can be seen in the massive difference in capability between different employees
