      Pros

      Doing cool stuff, so different from all other places I worked for before. Imaging, visual algorithms, geo-mapping. Modern technological stack (react, webgl, redux, Django, k8s, protoBuf. no politics. everyone is very nice and happy to help Also it's fun to do something good for a change (help farmers all over the world) instead of cyber/fintech/adtech/shitech

      In the past many architectural decisions in R&D were wrong. Less of the case now.
