-amazing company culture -exciting and challenging projects -surrounded by great talent/coworkers -high paying for fashion internship

Cons

-considering the projects they have interns work on the pay should probably be bumped a little bit higher to adjust to inflation as well

Lot of high level politics, no respect for the employees in the crazy race of competition with other retailers . Management has changed in past few years becoming more and more blind towards respect for employees, sometimes toxic. Promotions and raises only if you are in inner circle of good rapport with management
