company actually cares, but NY, SG, SH offices getting all the perks

Cons

particularly Dongguan Office: - bulling - racism - unprofessionalism at work covered by the boss If you did good to him/her for their own personal stuff, all about personal relationships. therefore it is impossible to get promoted/grow if you don't serve well to the "big potatoes" in the office
