Going through a bit of a shake up and restructuring from losing a patent and more competitively priced albumin products from other companies.

Pros

Biopharmaceutical plant located in the North of Singapore, very accessible to main island. Salary is fairly decent, much better that other biopharmaceutical companies at Tuas.

Cons

Limited products and facing patent cliff. Competitors for substitute taking up market shares of Factor VIII e.g Hemlibra. Product margin dropping and technology is old. Limited talents, too many mediocre managers, promoted based on long service and loyalty. For a small plant it doesn't create too much of value but waste.
