I work with some amazing colleagues. Generous compensation packages. Decent PTO, assuming you can actually use it.

Cons

Too many reorgs/layoffs. No work life balance. Way too many meetings starting as early as 8am with no time during the actual work day to get any work done, eat lunch, or even step away for a coffee. Constant change before processes are defined with unrealistic timelines. Low annual raises with no promise of promotion. Cart before the horse mentality.
