Great people and culture, really nice work-life balance, fair compensation, and good recognition and rewards. I've met some of the most talented and caring people at this company, and I have grown both personally and professionally as a result of knowing them. We worked hard, but also liked to have fun.

Cons

The company is bigger now that TAP has been integrated, and there are and will be some growing pains as the new organization adjusts. However, this is to be expected, and the new Takeda should emerge stronger and continue to be a great place to work. Not many other downsides otherwise.

Pros

No lay offs thus far, good culture, safe products, nice people (for the most part), and less unnecessary training than other pharmaceutical companies

Cons

The pay is pathetic, they err on the side of conservative when it comes to enforcing silly strict rules for the sake of not being sued, and sometimes there is unfairness when it comes to certain people being let off the hook for problematic behavior and others getting fired for seemingly no reason
