Pros
company car great benefits some managers are outstanding and really work with getting you promoted.....until the restructuring so if they don't get you promoted it is not their fault...there is just no place to go a great life/work balance pharma in general is a fun place to be if you enjoy sales
Cons
it has always been a great place to work in the past, but a less than promising pipeline makes the future look down for future employees. One lay off already this year and another on is expected. The current structure of making every sales rep equal as a primary care rep even if they had a higher role just makes the job a sad place to be with no where to climb in your career here.
