      Great culture depends on leadership and team dynamics

      Pros

      Really great culture but it really depends on your leader and the franchise you are apart of. I'm on a market launch and I have a great team around me but that really comes down to the external people that came over and created the culture. Good technology, great benefits in the office.

      Cons

      Specialty Pharmacy account team are incompetent and lack basic strategic acumen. I do find that there are some skills gaps here. Lots of very smart people but some just coast along. Easy to get noticed and do good work. Takeda-nice is a thing. Basically, people won't call people out for poor performance or making poor decisions. This leads to cultural problems on certain teams.
