      Pros

      Corporate cultures are built from the top. Thats definitely the case at tableau and the result is awesome. Chabot inspires people and makes you believe in the mission. No matter what your job, you're gonna be solving some challenging problems. Work-life balance: good and generally respected. The co-workers are friendly and like coming to work as much as you do. Customer satisfaction is thru the roof which is motivational. Communication from the top is pretty free. The engineering team explains stuff to you without making you feel like an idiot.

      Cons

      Still a startup in a tough economy. Success is not guaranteed here. Rapid growth could lead to challenges down the road with culture, process etc. No huge downside tho.

      The pay at the company is pretty good The company is growing very quickly Stock Options are great and the stock is on the rise

      Non this company has come so far and has done so much with its employees that most of the people that work here are happy to be with the company.
