      Ghost Town after Feb 2018.

      Pros

      Decent medical benefits. Really struggling to find pros.

      Cons

      Pay is below standard. Turnover in department is constant. Management is incompetent. There is no vision or direction. Office environments feel cheap, and make for an awful work experience. Constant noise, bright lights. After Feb 2018 this place will be a ghost town mark my words. Anyone there right now with a few years will cash out, get the bonus, and then go get a signing bonus at a new company. Free food sucks. Walk by google and they are eating steak. We got some cold turkey 365 days a year. Holiday parties are really lame now, if they even have them. Promotions are dictated by who drinks the most beer with what ever dead beat boss is around at that time. I would never work here again, EVER.

      Pros

      It completely depends on what department you work in if your job will be worth it. They have a good product and if you are lucky enough to work in the right department, it can be a good job.

      Cons

      I was recruited to work at Tableau on the promise of a good team environment and moved to Seattle for the job. I was happy for one month and was yelled at by my boss (many times) and put down in front of others by her boss, who is the worst leader I have ever worked for. I've had a good reputation as being a creative, bright and dedicated employee until I worked there. I went to HR about my issues and a month later was "laid off." The people in that department who are creating such a negative morale are still there. Part of the marketing department is run well, the other part (events) is a total mess.

      Pros

      Free Food. Good product. Ok health benefits but not for large family

      Cons

      No middle aged peers. Seems ageist. Company is obsessed with everyone being the same cheesy personality like a Tech factory. Too many office events and you are looked at strangely for wanting to go home and keep work/life separate. Low pay rate for software engineer with 15 years experience it's laughable
